HR Shapers Survey: HR Roles and competencies to shape the future of work in the New Normal

We believe that HR will have an increasingly important role to play in order shape our organizations as we exit from COVID-19. The world of work will not be the same. The business models and the values of our society have changed. We will be entering into a new normal

What will be the role of HR ? What HR competencies will be more relevant in the future? This is what we have investigated in our survey
